The flat hierarchy of the organization helps the employees to reach out their seniors and sub ordinates in a very approachable manner. They have a brilliant and agile team. The higher management gives lot of freedom to think and implement new ideas.

Dislikes

The lean and agile team be very demanding and challenging.
