the seniors will dump more work on you at end of the shift and they accept you to complete it, sit till night and complete the work , this happens everyday meaning the employee working hours are morning 10am - 12 or 2 am at night ---- everyday. Everyday the urgent work comes while leaving and CEO Rajashree remembers its urgent and hands it over to seniors and seniors hands it over to employee this happens everyday .
