There is lot to know or things to learn while job in the organization like future group, but if the reporting manager is not right & company's higher management doesn't address employees basic issues like full or equal attendance to all the employees working here then it's worst., Here store kartas / higher management are given so much independence that they didn't follows or hear any his junior staff issues irrespective of their decent work over the years, the salary distribution is also way out of the mind, those who are doing only boss management are given good scores in appraisal however the one who respect his job & doing decent / hardwork, extra duties hours too have not, Higher managers at Zonal teams are doing just a formalities to visit or show that they are addressed the issue but actually does nothing...Read More

In difficult period of lockdown due to cover 19, Management doesn't plays & address issues of store staff, store kartas have given so much independence that they have cut all the attendance of their staff however not of his own which affects salary issues & financial crisis of all staff such as team members team leaders & departmentmanagers, Hence it clearly seems that There is a lot of politics & the management & Hr team doesn't address our issues....Read More

One who is decent has to give multiple KRAs if he is doing job in FRL stores, instead of his own but the one who is working with this company greater than 5 yrs are just roaming around there is no one to take action against them.
