So many dislikes No job security No proper hand holding Way too high expectations without any support Leads shared are not at all good Your feedback as an employee for the leads you dlgey is taken as an excuse of not getting results Probation is 6 months but actually it is till you have training - post that you get 3-4 months Max and generally the learning curve is high by 3-4 months you just start getting some transactions but you won't be credited for same Mr. Gaurav Marya - the chairperson does a lot of micro management at all levels which is an hindrance to one's work style and eventually ends up being a toxic work environment Sonya Chaudhary - the MD of the company is no good either, if you get job offer from this company, pls don't take it, it's better to be jobless and look for other options than getting stucked in this thankless job. The worst part, Mr. Marya doesn't consider employees as assets rather a liability. He is disrespectful to core and he shouts on employees at all levels in the monthly review meetings. Most of the employees who are asked to leave or resign don't even get their full and final settlement - some even for months or years. They don't even deduct pf and tax from your salary- that's a big red flag. No other benefits either. Just Do Not opt for this company, the HR may tell you some employees are rewarded with cars or international trips etc, that's only a few people and these are usually the same people who get it always as You won't get your due credit and recognition, your senior would take it.
