The invaluable guidance of experienced seniors, the fostering of a collaborative environment, and the HR team's proactive support from onboarding to daily matters contributed to a somewhat positive work culture.

My stint at Fractal Picture had its challenges, notably a poor work-life balance and a disconnect between experienced colleagues and those with fewer years under their belts. job security felt uncertain, and the focus on assigned tasks overshadowed personal skill growth, I'd advise caution for junior applicants seeking admiration, as the company may not be conducive to their development.
