If you’re someone who enjoys working independently and building things from scratch, you’ll simply be given the task and expected to handle everything on your own.

Dislikes

There is a lack of effective team and people management, as well as no focus on skill development or learning. At some point, you find yourself working day and night with no recognition or concern for how you accomplish your tasks. There are no fixed KPIs or KRAs assigned, and tasks are handed out arbitrarily by senior managers.
