HR are not cooperating and never responding. Manager's don't have etiquettes and professionalism. Management not following appraisal policy. More work and less payment (4%). Too much politics. Manager's hired his close relative or wife to higher position without an experience and promoted for the same. Hard working neither getting chance to promoting nor recognition. Lack of appreciation. Fake promises good rating and promotion. Higher management are totally responsible for internal politics. Company has good work culture, understanding colleague will get more exposure to learn new things. Job security is also good.

Dislikes

Sometimes work-life balance become very difficult to manage. Target is high. Less manpower which leads to extreme pressure on working people in case of high workload.
