#I'm working with firm approx 8 months as a Supervisor post. #Teammates good as they are your colleagues. #Gets two training and it's worth it. #Career growth is definitely.. you have many job opportunity when you working in plant.. #Salary - Good but not the high level. #Learning / Innovation - you will definitely learn something new and exciting.

#Teammates : Upper level management - in one word Third class Lower level people - Higly politics, bad ethics. #Job Security : They will choose you, use you. And when work done they will threw you....they are 3rd party company they have not long term plan. Please if you want life time job don't go there. If project completed they tell you please don't come up till New project start but reality is it's never start. They are playing with employees life. #Work Life balance - Terrible cause of 3 shift in a day. Not fix that you have come to regular shift.......Read More
