for my 7 years stay in this company i like the work environment, training's and work life balance. the activities for career growth are all supported by the company.

Dislikes

The reason i leave the company is that because of politics between the colleagues and the managers. Maybe this is the culture here in Philippines, they says " the person near the kitchen get the benefits first. Even thought the company has a Personal Assessment program to every one, but still if the department manager didn't like you you're out. Sad to say that this is happening. Work Details

Generally speaking i enjoy my work, because my total 25 years experience i now the application in my position handling. Working with different people, teams and clients gives me more challenging. Again sad to say they didn't see my efforts.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
