Work life is good. If you keep the payscale aside, not many companies could provide such good working environment like FlamingosTech.

For first year due to some head tech leads it was pleasure working with them .and salary was also good.

Dislikes

Don't to give salary to employees now .they have to wait for 3 months to get 1 month salary. Also didn't give my last 2 month salary after releasing.
