The salary was decent as per market standards. There was good work life balance. If relationship was good with the department head or line manager then your career was secure.

Dislikes

Politics, instability in the structure of departments, Job insecurity.Sudden change in department heads. Poor integration of various businesses. People felt they could get away without doing their job. It didnt matter much.

Only Reputation of bank when you move around in UAE

Dislikes

Toxic Management, no work life balance, employees are threatened to reach HR. And HR only sends mail but never seek real feedback from employees
