The VP Miss. Deepali Kimble. No work ethics.. If she is out of the company, the company will grow more and have more good people to work there who put in thier efforts. She doesn't let good people stay in the company and forces one to leave the company.

This is not a place for any kind of software engineer, It was a terrible mistake joining Field Global Market and Research. I would not recommend this organisation to any human.
