No Incentives, No Bonus, No good hikes in salary No Team Work, No Perks , Not employee growth, No next level Growth opportunities provided. only thing is u have to contribute without expecting anything. Most Funny thing is If your team Awarded as SPIRIT OF EXIGENT FOR THE YEAR u will be provided ONE DAY COMPANSATORY LEAVE 😂… If they grant leave on Festivals and other Governement holidays It is to be compansated in your leave balance and Even declared Governement holidays also u have to take permission to take leave or u have to work on some other Days..
