Work on diffrent service is good for fresher to learn more things. And develop skill.

Dislikes

Office time is not as per Company policy. In time is fixed but out time is not fixed. Many time we work over night but any payment or facilities not given by company. Annual increment is not fix. After Two or three increment process start.

Company management is not available it is not speak a truth and it is not pay good salary .this company also hire a labour not a engineer because in this company management salary is 9 thousand and working hour not fixed managers are idiots did not good knowledge project there are distroying project in Dmrc and Gmrc projects didn't respect employees.

Not manage a employee benefits and not pay good salary and not fixed a working hours it total waste company further waste in managers mind.
