Great for fresher: ESDS is a solid place to kickstart your career. Plus, you get free crash courses in buttering, ego management, and office politics-life skills you didn't know you'd need! Always something new to Learn: Beyond technical skills, you'll master how to survive in a workplace where flattery beats hard work every single time.

1.Nepotism everywhere: Hard work? forget it. Your career growth depends more on who you know and how good you are at pleasing the right people. 2.No Rewards for Hard Work: Especially in Linux and Windows teams, recognition and rewards only go to those with top tier buttering skills. Your actual efforts don't matter here. 3.Leaves are a luxury: Need a personal day? Get ready to justify your existence. Applying for a leave is like a preparing for job interview-except with even more stress. 4.Ego's rule: Managers demand too be called "Sir." Forget this one small detail, and you'll see an ego meltdown that's far more destructive than any server crash. 5.No Respect for Women: Women in a technical support get a special package: no respect, zero support, and a requirement to butter their way up the ladder. Truly empowering, right? 6.No Job security: Think you're doing well? Don't get comfortable. A PIP (Performance improvement plan) can show up anytime, even if you've been working hard. It's like walking on eggshells-constantly. (Note: this PIP is not a performance improvement plan. company just want cost cutting) Imagine your team successfully completing a big migration project after weeks of hard work. Guess what?
