Guys I hv join Eris as B E (M R) at Allahabad HQ on Dated Aug 2015, I thought that Eris is Good Co. And My JOB/is Secure here if I will do my Best to my Organization, I continue Perform more than Last Year Task with Growth Rate, and always convinced my Family that I m at right Place don't worry, But Guys Company thrown me out on August 2020, I Really Surprise and Shocked what to do?? now at age of 36 Yrs, and Corona was on Peak also and my age also over, My Family ask one Question at that time.... Is this is Your Company??? I was no words and no courage to face them. Even I don't understand what was the Reason????? Even my Doctor's also ask me, Amar what Happened??? Why to Resign??? How I can explained that my H R Directly ask my Resignation Letter from my Side otherwise they will terminate.... I was always Follow all norm, expected from my side.. As ---- Dr conversion - Best R C P A - 100% Customer Relationship Sales Growth >15-25% Attitude - Always +ve Strategy implementation - 100% ....... Due to Job Loss Me and My Family Faces lots of Problems as well as Mental Disturbance...... Just Becoz of me, Becoz I Love my Eris, that was my Bigggest Mistake of my Life.... It Taught me that.... At Eris It does not matter how Performer you are??? If Your Sr Manager told anything Negative about you and your performance in front of Managing Director, Your Game is Over, Now No one can Save your Job Here, Despite of So many years you spend here with 100% Performance, I am So Lucky that Now I am no Part of Eris, And also I would not like to Join Eris Lifesciences Ltd again, ....... I work as a Medical Representative they term it B E. I was a Performer, but Company compelling me for Resign my Post when Corona was on Peak, at Aug 2020, My overall experience was very Bad 👎 with Eris.

This is to inform you that i have leave this organisation six year before and right now i am not an employe of Eris Life sciences. But my experience was good with Eris.

Dislikes

Only one thing i dislike of this organisation that no one from HO takes feedback from Field peoples. I think in sales no one is contributing more than one BE & ABMs but despite of all that every time they peoples are suffers. And one thing i noticed specially in Eris Life sciences in upper management peoples doing nothing but takinghandsome amount of Salaries. And very travestic condition that company is not bothered at all and pampering high salaried non potential Peoples who are sitting on post of SM & RBM specially. Company always questioned BMs & ABMs and feeding upper management. And in some of division SM & RBM taking advantage together and not working at all and doing nothing but showing fake extraordinary pictures in fornt of Company. They are literally eating others performances and suppression their junior's who are far better than them....Read More
