Byju Raveendran Alleged To Have Asked US Ally To Flee Before Testimony
- Byju Raveendran allegedly asked a US ally not to testify in a federal court about his efforts to regain control of Epic!, a subsidiary of BYJU’S.
- Raveendran reportedly offered the ally a job with a salary of $500,000 if he went to Dubai and didn't testify.
- The ally accused Raveendran of manipulating him into acquiring over $1.2 Bn in loans from BYJU’S US creditors.
- The National Company Law Tribunal blocked BYJU’S subsidiary Aakash from amending its Articles of Association, thwarting Raveendran's alleged plan to dilute his stake in the firm.
