The company's working culture is not up to the mark and is often compared to top-tier organizations, but the facilities provided are at a basic level. Sales Representatives (SRs) do not receive salaries as per the commitments made, and there is a lack of job security. Dislikes

Not focused on brand building although Products are so quite good and primary order pressure too much and seniors threatened for quitting to job. Company shouldn't take review from ASM,RSM that why juniors and Distributors are left the such as good Company.
