Ex-employee of Electra Power. It is a good company until when you put your resignation, if you decide to reign, they will treat you like a dog. As per my experience, when I put my resignation latter for my personal reasons, the company moved me from engineering accommodation to labour accommodation almost immediately, which felt disrespectful and the accommodation is very pathetic 1) I worked at Electra Power for over 2 years and 4 months, during which they provided timely salaries, food, and accommodation, with a supportive staff and minimal micromanagement.. 2) After my resignation, i asked for my experience certificate. They denied it and said they did not provide experience certificates till date. 3) I asked for my visa cancellation papers. The HR told me they did not provide visa cancellation papers to any of their employees until now These points could be important feedback for others considering working at Electra Power, especially those who might be concerned about exit policies and the process following resignation. It’s unfortunate that such policies can impact the overall impression of what was otherwise a good experience....Read More
