People who are at the initial stage of the career, this company will be a good as a training school and People who are at the Retirement Stage of the career, this company will be a good as there will be no growth and expectations and can live a school life without any pressure.

Dislikes

People who are at the Middle Stage of the Career, this will be a disaster for their career as the salary paid is less, no growth, no increment, no work life balance, no leaves, passport being held by the employer against the law, forced to work on public holidays without any compensation against the law, no personal leaves, salary deducted if absent, leaves salary and gratuity calculated in a different methods against the law.
