no one care what experience you have they donot promote you. 7 to 10 year person will be lead while 13 to 14 year person is software dev or sr. dev. there is no yearly management. Politics are every where.

Very partial for their center in Ahmedabad. People from Ahmedabad location are only considered for new projects , new opportunities and for promotions as well. You need to keep on following them to look after the management. You might be lucky if you are noticed after making a lot of noice.
