Don't like anything . Only doing politics not work Mangement likes employees who has Flattery , blandish , sycophancy , flunkeyism this quality. Manegement don't want dedicated and hardworking employees.

Dislikes

Not listen to new employee. Management always take side of senior employees. They not even listen to new employee. HR words at the time of interview- "We always support senior employees and maneger . Even if they are wrong then also we support them because after all they are senior . After all employees always comes and goes." It means there is zero value of new employee . They not even listen to new employee what's wrong and what's right ....Read More
