work life balance - nothing. there is no job security. if you leave company then you serve 60 days notice period according to policy but if they want you terminate then they does not give you 1 hrs. to release you from job. favoritism policy. all top management including HR team do favor top management. they have no work ethics. company culture is too toxic. if you want to join this company then think twice before join this company....Read More

Work policy: in terms of hybrid they does not clear about work model. sometime they told us to come office for entire week or sometime they give work from home.
