Likes

As a fresher there is a lot of chances to improve the technical skills as well as the knowledge about various types of cases especially in CT SCAN and MRI.

Dislikes

1. Very Poor duty schedule ( There are morning shifts from 7 am and last day shift till 11 pm) 2. Worst appraisal system ( only 5-10% increment for the top 3 rankers among all the Technologists ) 3. Terrible Management ( No flexibility in case of any issue) 4. Poor salary structure and benefits.(Very few holidays ) 5. Terrible company culture. 6.No job security as such , they can remove anyone anytime and there are indirect threats. 7. Unnecessary rules which disturbs the work environment. 8. I love the management team, because I don't feel like I am working by myself. Management is the best and very professional. They make you feel like you are more like family instead of an employee.
