dr batra a good name itself but when i became a part of this company many flaws were seen..they dnt have proper system of management..as a bdm i face many problem bcz there was no guidance and support from cooperate nor even a single day induction was given after my joining..not even a single person visited the region durimg my tenure..there was no mechanism to to judge the sales performnce becauase our promotions resulted in enquiry generations and further these enquiries gets closed by online and clinic team. Doctors never supported us for the activities and we used to tell walkins about the medication part as well but doctors show no interest in attending these queries....Read More
