When I started working than we had a General Manager Mr. Sahdev Mehta and under his leadership most of the employees had a great time and experience and I had a great learning experience with the property but after him it started well but didn't last good for any of us since the Management was in Micro Management working culture.

Dislikes

I didn't like the tenure with Mr. Aditya Shamsher Malla though he was a seasoned professional but he had a micro manager thaughts and we had a toxic environment and that was the reason me and all the old team members left having worked for so many years and the attrition rates also increased to unbelievable numbers.
