No work satisfaction. Lots of work pressure. If not complete Pratik Jangam using wors langauge in front of all staff. HR also hopeless. No job security now. Any time they give memo to staff

Work policy: If work not completed then come to Sunday also and the time of taking comp off shouting the reporting manager. No body brother
