- you will receive an update one fine day to look for other job as company no long require your service due to org change so on. - human resource management is worst - frequent change in org structure - appraisal cycle is very very bad - they willing to hire new resources at higher salaries, but never interested to pay well to hard working employees. - if anybody resign they do not bother due to ego, they let them go without realstic counter offer rather they try giving excuses and preaching bla, bla, bla - reporting managers doenot have any power, they are only for name sake & everything else is decided by HRD & top management...Read More
