Worst working culture i have ever seen female staffs are working till night 12 or sometimes till 1am at night no workLife balance no training and skill development programs in organisation salary cut off no proper documentation after leaving organisation

Not liked the culture they ask for money to get get reliving letter and fnf no proper management of employees welfare

Job is secured, until or unless you are accused of any integrity issue, they will not fire you. If the outlet gets closed, managers does not loose their job, they get transferred to another store. Scope of learning is there, and it will add a value in your cv which will be helpful for your future growth.

Dislikes

Management is not cooperative enough. They will nit consider any of your problems as your real problms, they will just ignore it. In hand fixed Salary is also not satisfactory enough, yes but incentive is good enough.

Work Details

Work life is moderate. But there is no work life - personal life balance you will get. The pressure of your work life will interfere your personal life a lot.
