I am as manager in this company and handel 3 ex army person as my team who provide insurance in defense only.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I had a great experiance before joining when i worked as a commision agent only and just working for 24 percent commision even though i didn't have any license . Iwas just a commission agent .

Dislikes

The On roll experiance was so bitter .As i empanaled 3 schools only one month and when it comes to organise an activity there they denided to finance it .but i did on my own account . And there was 2 month and 17 day that i haven't recived my salary . So i regined . As i was left with no money to stay in ambala.

In kotak mhindra it is an owesome company and i have learnt a lot from them they are really leader of insurance . Pardan me but their APC modal is owesome and magnificantly organised . Nobody from top to bottam can remain ilde there everyone feel a kick.
