Family Company, good for old employees (Confront Zone(. Chairman managing the company remotely so the few Head of the Departments are just doing whatever they want and they are spoiling the Company Core Values. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join the company, There are many problems Such as Salary Delay (Mostly 3-4months), HR/AdminHead holds the maximum company's Power and take the decisions without consulting with Operational Heads (Procurement, Operations, other departments). Few HODs are too much toxic that you can't Work with them. Salary Scale is very low as per the Qatar Market Standard. There are almost 10 Engineers quits the company within 1 years due the above mentioned issues....Read More
