Only salary is credited on time, apart from that there's no reason to stay here.

Almost everything - the culture, management, work, infrastructure, team, and the list goes on. They do false promises before hiring people and only when you start working for them then you get to know the real story. Very unprofessional environment with too much partiality, sycophancy, and patriarchy, a place where you'll definitelyspoil your career if you're well-experienced, ambitious and concentrate on your work instead of wasting time with your colleagues.
