I had a disappointing experience at Delhi Public School Gaya. Initially, I was impressed by the school's professional atmosphere, but soon discovered a toxic work environment. Colleagues and administrators, including the HM Ms.Afsha Jameen Baba and class representative Ms.Shabnam shameen, engaged in unprofessional behavior, gossip, and politics. I faced exploitation, depression, and a lack of support. Despite reporting my concerns to the head of HR, and chairman, I received insufficient response.
