Favouritism is shown by employers, doesn't matter how hard working and talented you are, you may not get noticed. Work-life balance isn't the best quality company has, there are times you have to work even on Sunday.

Too many things like -No dedicated sales team for new order booking. - management change rules as per their comfort. - Many times there is no projects - Something need to do work on Sundays and in holiday
