Regular interactions from HR, weekly online meeting among HODs, awareness generation, free masks, sanitizers for the employees, no paycut as of yet, no lay off, company is bearing expenses of COVID suspects (I also got tested, as one of my team members was found positive) and even if anyone gets affected.

Dislikes

Chances of getting promotion is not there. Lack of professionalism in certain communications. Departments work in isolation lack of inter departmental communication.

Dislikes

Compensation is not upto ones expectations as compared to competition. There is a lot of politics especially among the expatriates. Company is like a one man show.
