During 1 June 2000, we were incorporated as India Cements Infotech Limited and our commercial operations commenced during the year 2004. We acquired a company by name Scape Velocity and changed our company name as Coromandel Infotech India Limited in the year 2007. Inirus LLC, a silicon valley based IT services company, was acquired in the year 2011 to compliment service offerings and strengthen our presence in the North American geography. This strategic acquisition has contributed to our exponential growth in consulting, technology and outsourcing business from this part of the world. Our integrated development facilities are complemented by onsite / offshore capabilities and a strategic global delivery model that accelerates the mind-to-market time frame. Through our extensive services offerings and application engineering maturity, we provide customized solutions to the complex needs of our diverse customer base. We were appraised Maturity Level 3 of SEI’s CMMI-DEV v1.2 model on 28 August 2009 and certified for the Information Security Management System standard, ISO 27001:2005 on 06 December 2010 and were re-appraised at Maturity Level 3 of SEI’s CMMI-DEV v1.3 model on 01 February 2013.
