Abusive language and a lack of leadership skills contribute to a demoralizing work environment, raising questions about the company's commitment to fostering a healthy workplace culture. Moreover, tasks assigned by the CEO often lack a clear purpose, leading to confusion and frustration among employees. This reflects a need for more strategic direction and purposeful management within the organization. Subject: My Honest Review - A Frustrating Experience at Connected Digital Systems CODIIS. Dear Ambitionbox Users, I am writing this review with a heavy heart and a deep sense of frustration about my experience at CODIIS. While it may not be easy for me to articulate every issue, one particular incident has compelled me to share my thoughts, as I believe potential employees deserve to know the reality of working here. I recently requested a well-deserved leave after a continuous five-month stint without taking any time off. To my surprise, my team lead approved the leave promptly, and I also sent an email to inform my senior manager about the approved absence. Little did I know that this would lead to an unfortunate incident that reflects the toxic work culture at CODIIS Upon reaching home, I received an email from my senior manager, accusing me of lacking respect for my work and insinuating that I left the company without informing her. The reason behind this unwarranted accusation? I failed to meet my senior manager in person to notify her about my leave. This incident epitomizes the unhealthy ego-driven environment at CODIIS, where fulfilling unnecessary formalities takes precedence over recognizing dedicated and hardworking employees. It's disheartening to see that, despite obtaining approval from my immediate supervisor, a lack of face-to-face communication became the basis for such a harsh judgment. The incident not only left me feeling demoralized but also raised serious concerns about the company's values and priorities. My intention in sharing this experience is not to discourage anyone from joining CODIIS but rather to shed light on the challenges and frustrations that may await them. I believe prospective employees deserve transparency to make informed decisions about their career paths.
