It is a good platform for freshers as it offers a good learning experience. There are lots of tools which you can learn. (But all are in house tools & non of them are stable.) But you can enhance your knowledge about all tools which can help in future.

Dislikes

1. HR never give attention to their employees, you need to run behind them repeatedly for a simple task also. 2. None of the tools (Like NS, ND, NC etc) are stable. Because of this, all the employees who work for aggressive client like Kohls are getting frustrated. 3. No work life balance. Each & every weekend you will get a call tojoin office & complete the tasks. 4. Work Pressure is too high as there is no proper task management made by managers (Kuldeep Gupta & Sumit) 5. Timing policy is the worst. No flexibility....Read More
