1. HR Response Issues: The HR department has been unresponsive in several critical areas, such as salary-related tasks, the exit process, issuance of experience certificates, and final settlements. Delays in these areas negatively affect employee morale and overall satisfaction. 2. Over-Reliance on Director Decisions: It appears that decisions across all departments require direct involvement from the director, which results in bottlenecks. Empowering department heads to make independent decisions could improve efficiency significantly. 3. Lack of System Automation: Currently, most processes are handled manually, leading to increased workload, errors, and delays.
