You will learn a lot while working in this company as their are less number of employees , kind of startup.

Dislikes

Benefits, promotions and appraisal are not given at time . They are skipped by making excuse of your performance. They annoy you for money. They shift you to any domain whenever they want irrespective of your interest whether it may be technical or non technical. Denying it would be a job threat.

Nothing, anybody can be a manager and lead by being a puppet of the CEO, you can get good salary as long as you keep saying yes to visionless things of the CEO

Dislikes

Toxic workplace No work life balance CEO is the scrum master as he takes scrum daily No management exists here Developer do non technical works CEO does public humilation Hire and fire policy without any answers No seniors more than 4 years of experience as they run away due to the BD girl Cost cutting and dirty politics WFH if & only if you are a girl and beautiful No JIRA/AGILE is used here This should be the last company to cosider if the world is getting over...Read More
