company has well articulated standard operating procedures and adopts team spirit amongst workers to achieve their world class status vision

Dislikes

superiors do not value individuals talent and is unwilling to develop talent, no refresher courses to shop floor management and managers value their sole training and do not appreciate technology as a source of communication

Work Details

generally my work is challenging as i investigate high profile cases of misconduct and loss through fraud, theft and misappropriation among others. there is a lot of research and monitoring of current trends in security compiling statistics and inventory.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Likes

the company job security as a priority and offers continuous professional development programs and workshops.I also enjoy team work as most of the audits assignments that we undertake are done as per team work. There are also growth prospects and employee advancements as those who have educationally developed themselves may rise to senior levels.

Dislikes

politics has been contributing negatively to the success and achievement of organisational goals.The management may be aligned to the ruling party whilst the council may be dominated by opposition political party.This stifles operations hence deteriorating working environment and service delivery
