I worked 2years and 6 months in Cinepolis mohali property. I am always loyal to the company. But still decide me to terminate and i got a cal from my unit head that company decided to terminate you because company is not generating any kind of revenue. I have any negative feedback from anyone. The other who working in the same position in Cinepolis they have the warnings letters cinepolis saved them I don’t know why. I have good experience of customer satisfaction. Even i worked as a HR to in my property because in the year of 2019 cinepolis Mohali property HR resigned her dur to some personal issue on that point of time cinepolis don’t have spare HR for the property then i take care of the position for 6 months I didn’t get any appreciation from the company this is like not acceptable at all. Cinepolis terminate me in the month of birthday That is. June i feel really bad because i did very good work over there with good integrity....Read More
