The team I worked with was quite good, both professionally and personally. The primary attraction of working with MIAL is the novelty of working inside an airport, which never gets old :) Being a part of the aviation industry is a privilege.

Dislikes

The culture is dictated by the Adani group, which means almost all decisions, especially with respect to company policies are made by people sitting in Ahmedabad, who have no clue about day to day life in Mumbai. The HR policies especially are extremely mediaeval, with a 6 - day work week, 9 hrs punch in punch out and no remote working. The management is extremely unsupportive towards women and people living far away from the office location....Read More

It's an honour working at one of the top rated airport in world.

Dislikes

The culture is changing drastically and the sad part is all the once working are not getting work satisfaction they use to get earlier. No standard appraisal, increment, promotion even after working so hard and with dedication.
