We wish to introduce ourselves as one of the leading Civil Engineering Construction Company belonging to the Chettinad Group, carrying out civil works to the tune of Rs.250 Cores per annum and would like to undertake construction works for your proposed projects. Chettinad Builders Private Limited is the construction division of Chettinad Group involved in various construction activities and functioning as construction division and Ready Mix Concrete division. The division takes care of the construction activities of Industrial structures of Cement, Steel, Sugar, Cogen and Port development activities and also Highrise and high end Residential Flats , Institutions, Health Centers, I.T. buildings and Commercial complexes. We are also specialized in the construction of buildings with P.T. slabs and also in construction of complexes having two to three basements and this is the main supporting company of the inhouse construction requirement in addition to the outside requirement. We have been previously executing works in the name of our associate company M/s. South India Corporation Limited for more than 75 years and presently in the name of Chettinad Builders Private Limited for the past 8 years , i.e. from June 2004. We are fully equipped with latest construction machinery such as concrete batching plants , pumps, boom placers, tower cranes, transit mixers, JCB, and the shuttering materials, APS units, etc.
