working culture at careerkick services is good, everyone is so supportive and enchance employee skill based on technical, soft skills, personality and more . i feel glad to share that our Hon. Nikhil sir and Hr Manager Sneha ma'am both people keep me motivated by thier work and hardworking . I am very happy to join organisation like Careerkick service which feels to me like family .

Dislikes

The company terminates the non deserving employees with null performance on frequent basis. But I think that is fair enough too. An employee with consistent zero performance cannot be continued getting paid in any of the company. But good performing employees are highly supported, respected and given so many opportunities in this company.
