At first it was hard to understand things and felt Management was very strict. But as days passed by, I understood everything was for my own good. If management was not strict, I would have not developed or improved my skills. Now I got adapted and Management is very friendly

I'm working as part time in Capital Finserve. I'm studying final year. I don't want to burden my parents. I want to support my parents financially. At that time I got the opportunity to work here.
