This is the worst pharma company in India, I did not know anything about it when I joined, I came to know everything later. Here people are fired from their jobs without any valid reason, even if they are confirmed. The managers and seniors here do not have manners to speak and talk. This company never has full staff, either someoneleaves or the company fires them, that is why they have to work overtime for which they do not even get paid. Here the probation period is of 1 year and at that time the notice period is of 30 days, after that the notice period of confirmed employees is of 90 days, that is why people leave the company within one year.
