The work culture is flexible with wfh options and with intermittent, in-house fun activities.

Dislikes

The office seems to have a very horizontal structure and there is not much scope for role improvement or shift. If you are explorative, then this is not a suitable place. It is quite stiff and does not provide space for any role diversification or improvement. It could largely depend on your supervisor and team too. Some are good. And some will just not engage your thoughts.
