Your skills does not grow as per industry demands. Burns & McDonnell India works purely as a back office to U.S. & other global offices, because of it they do not offer challenging work. Most often only red markups to pickup. The more time you stay in Burns, your time value gets decreased. Your experience became irrelevant to industry. They offered much less salary than what industry is offering....Read More
