1.Work life balance. 2.Company is full with machinery. 3.Manager and his deputy is supportive nature. 4.Job security.

Dislikes

1.No hierarchy system in company, juniors and drivers don't respect senior level engineer. 2.Store is not properly managed if an engineer needs material for site then he needs to arrange the tractor/JCB/Hyva/Hydra etc from P&M ,then load the material and send to the site. Store keeper does only paper work. 3.Tractor drivers are verylazy and their incharge doesn't take action if any Engineer complains the same. 4.Food quality is at its worst,they feed only soyabean curry with roti and chawal in lunch and daal with roti and chawal in dinner. 5.
